Welcome to Voltlet! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Voltlet's products and services, including our website, mobile platform, and physical rental stations.

By accessing or using Voltlet, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Voltlet

Voltlet is a powerbank rental service designed to help you charge your devices on the go. We provide fast, convenient, and affordable powerbank rentals via various pickup stations across Jersey.

2. Using Our Service

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Voltlet. By using the service, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2.2 Rental Use

You may borrow a powerbank for personal use and must return it to a Voltlet station within the allowed rental time. Late returns may result in additional fees (see section 5).

2.3 Lost or Damaged Units

You are responsible for the safe return of any rented equipment. If a unit is lost, stolen, or returned damaged, you may be charged a replacement fee.

3. Fees and Payments

Voltlet rental pricing is clearly displayed at the point of checkout. You agree to pay all applicable charges. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time, but you will be notified before any changes take effect.

4. Account and Data

4.1 Personal Information

By registering, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. We respect your privacy and only collect data necessary to operate our services.

4.2 Email Communication

If you sign up to "Register Interest", you agree to receive occasional updates about our service. You can unsubscribe at any time.

5. Returns and Liability

  • Powerbanks must be returned within the maximum rental period (e.g., 24 hours unless otherwise stated).
  • Failure to return may result in a charge of up to £20 per powerbank.
  • Voltlet is not responsible for any device damage or data loss resulting from the use of our powerbanks.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse Voltlet services, damage stations, resell equipment, or use powerbanks in a way that endangers others.

7. Termination

Voltlet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Voltlet after any changes means you agree to the new Terms.
